Sizzling Tofu Sisig – The Pulutan Favorite 🤩 Pulled Meat Recipe

- 150g WTH Hinimay
- 100g fried Tofu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegan oyster sauce
- 1 cup calamansi juice
- 1 cup vegan mayo
- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1/2 garlic
- 1/2 onion
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat some oil and sauté garlic and onion.
Add in green and red chili pepper. Let it cook for a bit then toss in WTH Hinimay.
Once mixed well together, put some soy sauce and oyster sauce then toss in fried tofu.
Season with salt and pepper to taste then splash some calamansi juice.
In another bowl, mix vegan mayo and oyster sauce. Add to pan for a creamy and saucy finish. (leave some for topping)
Garnish with chili, calamansi and mayo mixture.
