Plant-based Sesame Soy Noodle

Ingredients

  • 50g WTH Ground Meat
  • 1 serving Japanese Somen Noodles
  • 4 heads of King Oyster Mushroom (sliced thinly)
  • 2 Taiwan Pechay
  • ½ tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

Procedure

In one pan, fry your mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are almost cooked, add in the WTH Ground Meat and pechay. Once cooked, set aside.

In another pot, prepare your boiling water.

Once boiling, add in your Somen Noodles. This should only take 2-3mins to cook.

Once cooked, drain and transfer the noodles to a bowl.

Add in your sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Then mix. You can adjust to your taste preference if you want it sweeter or saltier.

Add in your Ground Meat, mushroom and pechay.

Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
