Method & Uses
- Sautéing and other dry heat cooking like roasting or baking are the best ways to cook Hinimay. You can use it to make dishes that call for strips of meat, such as tapas, pizza toppings, sandwiches, herbed pork viands, salpicao, sushi bake, dumplings, stir fried noodles, etc.
- Simmering, braising and other moist & combination cooking are also great ways to cook Hinimay. You can make kaldereta, kare-kare, and other saucy dishes.
- Microwave. Transfer to a microwave-safe container and heat on high for 1 minute.
Tips
WTH Hinimay is already pre-cooked. We recommend that you add it towards the end to avoid overcooking.
Reminders
Keep frozen.
Do not microwave the pouch.
