Halloween Special: Stuffed Bell Pepper

- 1/4 pack or 63g Giniling
- 5 whole mushroom (chopped)
- 1 cup rice
- 4 green bell peppers
- 1/2 garlic, chopped into large pieces
- 1/2 onion, chopped into large pieces
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat some oil and sauté garlic and onion.
Put in mushroom and cook until slightly brown then add in WTH Giniling.
Put some water in the pan then add tomato paste. Once the sauce is mixed well, toss in the rice.
Season with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Put in the rice mixture in the bell peppers then bake for 10-15mins at 180º Celsius/ 350º Fahrenheit.
