J Nugget Roll to Satisfy Sushi Cravings 🍣

- 6pcs WTH J Nuggets
- 1 1/2 cup rice
- 3 nori sheets
- 1/3 carrot
- 1/3 cucumber
- 3 tablespoon mirin (you can also use vinegar)
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- teriyaki sauce (or any sauce you prefer)
- salt to taste
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat some oil and fry J Nuggets until golden brown. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix mirin, sesame oil, sugar and some salt. pour to rice and mix well. (you can also add sesame seeds to the rice mixture)
Time to assemble the roll! lay the nori sheet on a dry board then put in the rice, cucumber, carrot and some teriyaki sauce.
Add J Nuggets and roll!
Cut into slices with a knife or just eat as is. 🙂
