Chopsuey with WTH Shredded Meat

- 150g Shredded Meat
- ½ broccoli head
- ½ carrot
- ½ pack of snap peas
- young corn
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 mushroom oyster sauce
- 1/2 garlic minced
- 1/2 red onion minced
- corn starch (diluted in water)
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat some oil. Sauté garlic and onion.
Once garlic is aromatic and onion is translucent, add in WTH Shredded Meat. Pan fry the WTH Shredded Meat until slightly toasted. Set Aside.
In the same pan, mix soy sauce and oyster sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss in your veggies – broccoli, carrot, young corn. (These take longer to cook.)
Toss in the rest of the veggies – snap peas and red bell pepper.
Add in cornstarch slurry.
Once vegetables are cooked, you can add in the WTH Shredded Meat.
Serve and enjoy!
