Chickpeas Con Carne – Your Easy Protein Fix

- 100g WTH giniling
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 small tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon of turmeric, minced
- 9 fresh oregano leaves, sliced
Saute garlic, turmeric and tomatoes in oil. Add salt to taste.
Add chickpeas. Mix.
Add the WTH giniling, red onions and oregano.
Turn off heat immediately to retain freshness of last onions and oregano.
Serve hot with rice.
