Ingredients

  • 100g WTH giniling
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 small tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric, minced
  • 9 fresh oregano leaves, sliced
  • salt
  • oil

Procedure

Saute garlic, turmeric and tomatoes in oil. Add salt to taste.

Add chickpeas. Mix.

Turn off heat immediately to retain freshness of last onions and oregano.
