Shepherd’s Pie is a casserole with layers of mashed potatoes, meat and vegetables. It takes a bit of time to make but the end product is definitely worth it! 🌱
Shepherd’s Pie, A Classic Family Treat

- 100g WTH Giniling
- 2 large potatoes, quartered
- 1 bulb garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 medium white onions, sliced
Add oil in a pan. Add sliced onions and caramelize by slowly stir frying it for about 20 minutes. The set aside.
Meanwhile, on a separate bot, boil the potatoes in salted water.
Once the potatoes are soft, mash them up and add the minced garlic, thyme and salt to taste. Mix well.
In 2 small ramekins, assemble about 2 tablespoons each of WTH Giniling on each ramekin, then the add about a spoonful of caramelized onions and spread evenly. Top each ramekin with the mashed potato mixture.
Put ramekins in a toaster for about 15-20 minutes to toast the top.
