Ingredients

  • 8 WTH J Nuggets
  • 1 Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 3 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 table spoon corn starch (slurry)
  • 1/2 garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • cooking oil

Procedure

In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat some oil and fry some WTH J Nuggets until golden brown. Set aside

Saute garlic and onion and add in bell peppers.

Making the sauce: Pour in ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon, sugar.

Season with salt and pepper then add in the corn starch slurry.

Once the sauce is as thick as you want it to be, add back the J Nuggets to the pan. Mix well.
