INGREDIENTS: Water, texturized vegetable protein, soy protein, modified starch (stabilizer), coconut oil, nature identical flavor, fiber, caramel color, iodized salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, brown sugar, flavor enhancer (mushroom powder, i+g) black pepper, vitamin B12 powder.
ALLERGEN: Soy and wheat
1. Thaw for at least 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil on a pan on medium heat.
3. Once oil is hot add in ground meat and use a spatula to break apart the pieces.
4. Cook for 5-6 minutes until meat turns dark brown
