COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
PAN FRY
1. Pour tuna into the pan and heat on medium fire for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Serve and enjoy!

MICROWAVE
1. Transfer contents into a microwaveable container.
2. Heat in the microwave for 30 to 90 seconds at 700W.
3. Serve over hot rice or fresh vegetable salad.
