Ingredients
- 125g (half pack) WTH Hinimay
- 1 pack Bihon Noodles
- 1/2 garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/4 cabbage
- 1 pack snow peas
- 1 small cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vegan fish sauce
- 1 cup water
- salt & pepper to taste

Procedure
In a frying pan over medium high heat, heat some oil. Put in the garlic and onion. Sauté until slightly browned.
Add in the vegetables – carrot, cabbage, and snow peas.
Put in the WTH Hinimay and mix well.
Pour in water, soy sauce, fish sauce and season with salt & pepper to taste.
Once it has come to a boil, add in the Bihon Noodles.
Wait for noodles to absorb the liquid. Add more water if necessary.
