Ingredients
- 1/4 WTH Giniling
- 1/2 large squash
- 1 garlic, chopped into large pieces
- 1 onion, chopped into large pieces
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- pepper to taste

Procedure
In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat some oil. Fry WTH Giniling until slightly crispy then set aside.
In the same pot, put in the onion and garlic. Cook until garlic is aromatic and onion is translucent.
Add in the squash. Cook until slightly browned then add in water.
Boil until squash is tender.
Transfer to blender and blend until you get the desired consistency. (Let it cool for a bit before doing this to avoid burning yourself. Add water in the blending process, if necessary)
Transfer back to the pot. Add milk and season with salt, pepper and a dash cinnamon.
Toss in the WTH Giniling and mix in the soup. (save some as topping)
Serve hot and enjoy! 🎃
