Ingredients
For the sauce
- 250 g WTH Giniling (1 Pack)
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- 1 big onion thinly sliced
- 3-4 tablespoons neutral oil
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tbsp oil

- Rice
Procedure
Making the sauce:
Sauté onions into pan with oil until browned and crisp.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute on low heat. Then add the cumin, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Once the spices become fragrant, add the canned diced tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper (to taste). Mix well.
Add 250 grams of plain WTH ground beef, making sure the ground meat is evenly coated with the sauce. Let simmer for one minute before switching off the heat.
Best served over cooked rice.
Garnish suggestions: Chopped fresh cilantro.
