Halloween Special: Dinuguan (Filipino Pork Blood Stew)

- 6pcs WTH J Nuggets
- 1/4 block of Tofu
- 1/2 garlic, chopped into large pieces
- 1/2 onion, chopped into large pieces
- black bean puree
- Tablespoon of vinegar
- Tablespoon of sugar
- 1 green chili pepper
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
In a frying pan over medium-high heat, heat some oil and cook tofu until slightly crispy.
In the same pan, put in the onion and garlic. Cook until garlic is aromatic and onion is translucent.
Add in mushroom and cook until slightly browned then pour in the mushroom broth.
Put in black bean puree (we just blended a can of black beans until we got our desired consistency)
Add in a tablespoon of vinegar and sugar. Let it simmer for a minute.
Toss in the chopped J Poppers / Nuggets and chili pepper. Season with pepper to taste.
Serve with rice or puto and enjoy! 🎃
