Fully Loaded Plant-Based Pizza

Ingredients
Dough
- 70g Flour
- 2g Instant Yeast
- 5g Oil
- 3g Sugar
- pinch of Salt
- Water
Pizza Sauce
- 70g Tomato Paste
- 2g Pizza Seasoning
- 2g Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Toppings
- 100g WTH Ground Meat
- 25g Bell Pepper
- 15g White Onion
- 15g Black Olives
Procedure
Pizza Sauce
In a small saucepan, mix tomato paste and water.
Season with Italian seasoning, Pizza seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Bring to boil and set aside.
Dough
In a bowl, put in your flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar and mix.
Pour in your oil and half of the water. Mix.
Add in the rest of the water. Mix.
Once the flour is sticking together, you can start forming and kneading the dough. Add more flour if it’s too sticky.
Knead for about 5 minutes until it becomes soft and smooth.
Shape into a ball and put into a bowl covered with cling wrap.
Let the dough rise for about an hour.
Once the dough is ready, you can start to form it into your pizza crust.
Sprinkle some flour onto your surface to avoid sticking.
Make sure the dough is shaped into a ball. Lay it down into a flat surface and flatten it with your palm.
Flatten it to about 1/6 inch to make a thin crust pizza with a rolling pin or a glass. (anything that you can roll).
Let's cook:
Heat an 8 / 9-inch pan and pour oil until the pan is glazed with oil.
Put in your pizza crust, cover the pan and let it cook for around 5mins.
Once slightly browned, flip and cook the other side for 10mins. too.
Lower the heat once browned. Flip again and put your sauce and toppings.
Cover and let cook for 10-15 minutes.
Top with fresh basil.
