Embutido – A Filipino Holiday Meatloaf 🎄

- 150g WTH Giniling
- 80g tofu
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- ½ red bell pepper
- ⅓ carrot
- 3 tablespoon green peas
- 1 tablespoon raisin
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
- Pinch of Salt
- 5 tablespoon of oil
Mix all the ingredients (WTH Giniling, tofu, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, ketchup, red bell peppers, carrots, green peas, raisin, oil, cornstarch, brown sugar and salt)
Set out the foil. Put in around 3 handfuls of the mixture. Roll the mixture using the foil.
Steam for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Once removed from the steam, we recommend leaving the roll in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve it cold or fried to your family and friends. Enjoy! 😋🎄
