- 100g WTH Shredded Meat (Hinimay)
- 100g WTH Corned Beef
- 5 WTH Spring Rolls (Lumpia)
- 1/2 baguette (sliced)
- vegan mayo *optional
- 1 onion (1/2 sliced, 1/2 minced)
- 1/2 garlic (minced)
- fruits (orange, grapes or anything you have on hand)
- 1 pack Mixed nuts
Toast bread in toaster oven for 5mins. Set aside.
Cook the Corned Beef – heat some oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, toss in the sliced onions and WTH Corned Beef. Fry for a couple minutes. Set aside.
Cook the Shredded Meat (Hinimay) – heat some oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, toss in the minced onion and garlic and WTH Shredded Meat (Hinimay). Fry for a couple minutes. Set aside.
Cook the Lumpia – deep fry some WTH Lumpia in a frying pan over high heat. Set aside.
Spread some vegan mayo on a sliced baguette, top with WTH Corned Beef or Shredded Meat (Hinimay).
Assembly: Arrange all the food – Baguettes topped with WTH Corned Beef & WTH Shredded Meat (Hinimay), WTH Lumpia, fruits, mixed nuts, on a wooden board.
