Baked Beans and Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 100g WTH Ground Meat
  • 1 can Baked Beans
  • 4 Potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 cup Soy Milk
  • 1 garlic
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • parsley *optional topping

Procedure

Mashed Potatoes:

In a medium-sized pot, boil your potatoes until they are soft. If you can easily slice them with your fork, they’re good to go.

Once potatoes are cooked, drain the water. Set aside the potatoes.

In the same pot, heat some oil and fry your garlic.

Once slightly browned, add back the potatoes and pour in your milk. Use a masher or a fork to mash the potatoes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Baked Beans:

In a medium sized frying pan, heat the baked beans.

Add in the WTH Ground Meat. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve Baked Beans with a side of Mashed Potatoes.

Garnish with some parsley (optional).
